Dear Parents,
Our most awaited 麻豆精品 Christmas Concert at the Riverside Church is happening very soon! Our听Music Teachers and students are all working very hard to make this year’s “THE REASON FOR CHRISTMAS听DAY” –听 麻豆精品 Christmas Concert a memorable one!
Some important things to consider for our upcoming Christmas Concert:
SAFETY FIRST听
Your health is our priority.听 This event has a reduced capacity and is organized with everyone’s safety in mind.听 The guidelines set by the Provincial Health Authorities听for schools听and our standard COVID-19 Safety Protocols will be in place. The wearing of a face mask or covering is required.听 It is recommended for all those attending the concert to complete a self-administered health check prior to their arrival at the church.听 Anyone with flu-like or Covid symptoms must stay home and follow up with a health care provider.听听Thank you for your cooperation.

Tickets
Here’s the link to order up to听3 tickets per family听听
Please Note:听ONLY the听child who is performing听will not require a听ticket.听听The max of 3 tickets/family will allow us to听accommodate most of our families and provide the best COVID-friendly seating arrangement possible.听Sibling/s who are not performing are required to get ticket/s to watch their sibling鈥檚 concert.
The听Cut-off date for ORDERING tickets will be听next听week听(date to be announced), after which听we are able to offer remaining tickets to families who need more听on a first-come, first-serve basis request.听 听If you have tickets you will not use, please let the Marketing Office know.
Please remember to keep your Eventbrite ticket/s handy, either on your Eventbrite App on your mobile phone or print them to present听upon check-in.听听

Students are requested to stay inside their room听during the听concert听when they are not performing.听As a safety precaution, we ask that parents pick up their child(ren) at their designated room/s after the concert.
High School Concert
High School Students听will seat at the back of the Sanctuary / Auditorium to enjoy this year’s Concert
Guest Seating
It is on a first-come, first-serve basis.听 Please avoid saving a seat for someone else.听 Also, it is strongly encouraged that families with infants and young children take the back seats.

The children will be bussed to Riverside Church and they will be bussed back to school.听Pick up is still at the Fernwood Campus.
NO ELECTRONICS, FOOD, and DRINKS inside the Sanctuary
Students are NOT ALLOWED to bring any ELECTRONIC DEVICE during the concert.听Students and guests are to walk quietly through the lobby and hallways. Please ensure that your children have a bite to eat before coming for their assigned concert(s).听 They may bring a water bottle inside their designated waiting rooms.听
Annual Donors Appreciation on Dec 15th, Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Every year at our school Christmas Concert, we take the time to gather and appreciate our school donors by inviting them to watch our Christmas Concerts after which, they will proceed to attend our Annual Donors Appreciation Gathering at the Conference Room of the Riverside Church.听 To express our appreciation to our donors, we are reserving seats for them to enjoy the concerts.听 Please extend your warm 麻豆精品 welcome to them.

Students need to come in full uniform with their dress shoes.
